To make sure the Vipp brand is represented in the best possible way, we are selective in choosing new retail partners, and we seek partners who match the Vipp DNA in both mind-set and business sense. 

5 THINGS TO CONSIDER BEFORE APPLYING

1. RETAIL PARTNER PROFILE

HIGH-END RETAIL STORES

A Vipp retail partner has a high-end store or line of stores carrying products in the area of design/interior/kitchen/bathroom. You may have an accompanying web shop but a physical store is required for all Vipp retail partners.

Your store should be clearly visible to customers and preferably be located in or near the city centre or in close proximity to other high-end retail stores.

2. VIPP IN-STORE CONCEPT

DISPLAYING THE VIPP PRODUCT LINE

To provide our customers with a unified experience of the Vipp brand across countries and retailers, all Vipp retail partners are committed to portray the Vipp products on Vipp product displays.

The Vipp in-store concept takes up approx. 20m2 of space and should be fully presented in the Vipp exhibition in your store. Read more about the Vipp in-store concept here.

3. STATE OF MIND

QUALITY PASSIONISTS

Beyond the business related requirements, we value a dedicated mind-set and a dedication to contributing to the growth of Vipp when evaluating new retail partners.

You should have a passion for quality and experience in selling high-quality goods. Beyond a strong business acumen, a high regard for craftsmanship and timeless aesthetics are key characteristics of a Vipp retail partner.

A 76-YEAR OLD LEGACY

Since Holger Nielsen made the first Vipp pedal bin in 1939, Vipp has grown to be a household name in the Danish design tradition. We value our legacy and expect the same of our retail partners.

Joining Vipp as a retail partner is an opportunity to join a company that is proud of its heritage and determined to grow its vision beyond measure. A member of your sales staff will be appointed as Vipp Ambassador to ensure knowledge amongst your staff and proper representation of the Vipp brand in your store. And you and your staff will stay updated on the Vipp brand and product line by participating in ongoing product training.

5. HOW WILL YOU BE SUPPORTED?

DEDICATED IN-HOUSE FUNCTIONS

We are focused on supporting our retail partners in the best possible way. You will receive support from Vipp through the following channels:

- A dedicated sales team to support you with sales coaching, product training, claims, brand knowledge building, optimising sales etc.
- A solid administrative function to assist you with day-to-day support, deliveries and more.
- An easy-to-use online Partner Shop for order placement, product knowledge and much more.
- A creative PR & Communication department to ensure an overall, targeted and strategic exposure of the Vipp brand and our retail partners.

Furthermore, Vipp will:

- Continuously improve the sales and promotional tools made available to you.
- Continue to grow the Vipp product family with 2-4 launches per year.
