Check in at the Vipp Shelter and check out from everyday life. The shelter offers a dose of digital detox; there is no TV in the room, but we do have a widescreen to nature. And there is no gym or pool, but you can go for a run in the forest or take a dip in the mythic lake Immeln right at your doorstep.

The Vipp Shelter is 55 m2 with a kitchen, dining and living room area, bathroom and a mezzanine bed loft.
Sleeping
The Shelter sleeps 2 people in the queen size bed loft.
Cooking
There is no roomservice or restaurant at the Vipp Shelter, but the kitchen is fully equipped and an outdoor fire ring is available. The refrigerator has access to bottled water and champagne, and there is a Nespresso coffee machine and tea.
Bathroom facilities
Walk-in shower, fresh towels and hair and bodycare from Aèsop.

Fireplace and floor-heating.
WiFi
The Vipp Shelter offers free WiFi.
Activities
Lake Immeln is right at your doorstep with a private wooden pier and there are nearby hiking trails in the forest. In the summertime, the canoe rental 100 m from the shelter is a recommended excursion

The shelter is set on the mythical lake Immeln, where numerous bays and more than 200 islands makes it an ideal place for canoeing and fishing. Kilometres of trail make up ideal surroundings for cyclists and hikers.
Closest city: Kristianstad 23 km for grocery shopping.
Closest airport: Malmö 127 km, Copenhagen 150 km.
Transportation
We recommend renting a car at Malmö or Copenhagen airport and driving to the Vipp shelter. Directions will be provided prior to your stay.
Terms and Conditions
A self-service concept
Vipp guesthouses are a self-service concept offering experiences and essentials. Our rooms are spread out at various locations, so we do not have a reception or a concierge. You won't find a 24-hour lobby, a gym, daily housekeeping, or fitness facilities. Instead, we offer tailored and curated design destinations out of the ordinary, filled with Vipp's take on design. A part of the experience of our destinations is to engage with the interior of our rooms. Every room is equipped with a kitchen just waiting to be used, so when you have done your grocery shopping, start cooking and enjoy.
Should you have questions or need assistance, a member of the Vipp team will be standby during your stay to assist you.
Reservations and cancellations
All bookings at the Vipp Guesthouses are non-refundable.
Methods of payment
Full pre-payment by credit card or bank transfer at the time of reservation. A valid credit card is required to confirm your booking.
Cancellation policy
All pre-paid bookings are non-refundable.
Vacating rooms
Rooms should be vacated in the same state and condition as they were at the time of check-in. Vipp obtains the right to demand a refund of any damaged or otherwise compromised interior.
Late check-out can be requested upon reservation and is subject to a late check-out fee of EUR 75,00. Vipp reserves the right to decline requests for late checkout.
Children
All rooms in the Vipp Shelter is for adults over the age of 16 only, no children.
Pets
No pets allowed.
Smoking
Vipp guesthouses are smoke-free property (including e-cigarettes), and all guest rooms and public areas are designated as such. A smoking fee of 1000 euro per day will be assessed if evidence of smoking is found in your room or on the premises.

No commercial photography allowed at Vipp guesthouses.
