A cleaning-friendly steel lid, spacious volume and a washable, food-safe approved inner liner are some of the product features of the Vipp breadbox.

Made from stainless and powder-coated steel and rubber, the Vipp breadbox also features a cotton liner fitted on a rubber ring for insulation and easy cleaning. Along with the small ventilation holes and ridges inside the base of the box, optimal storage of bread products is achieved. The lid in brushed steel is equipped with a rubber handle, and a rubber ring at the base protects surfaces.

'Before being given its characteristic dome shape and more than 2000 punctuated ridges, the stainless steel lid of the Vipp breadbox goes through a number of advanced manufacturing processes. This is an example of how we often stray from the easiest and cheapest path to producing a product, if we feel a more complicated process will add something unique.'
- Morten Bo Jensen, Chief Designer at Vipp

CARE INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE INNER BAG OF THE BREADBOX
If there are no visible signs of mould on the bag, wash the inner bag at 40oC. If mould can be seen, wash the bag at 95oC to eliminate all fungal spores. Do not tumble dry.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS FOR POWDER-COATED SURFACES
Keep powder-coated surfaces clean and dry. Use a lint-free cloth or a soft brush with warm water and a mild detergent on both smooth and rough powder-coated surfaces.
Remove rubber parts for a more thorough cleaning. Completely dry off the parts before reassembly.

Grease stains: Use alcohol or glass cleaner to remove grease stains. Then follow the care instructions above.

Lime stains on rough (black) powder-coated surfaces: Use a lint-free cloth and a mild descaler suited for painted surfaces. Rinse with water and dry off the product.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS FOR STAINLESS STEEL
Keep stainless steel clean and dry. Stainless steel may be permanently stained if water/fat/cleaning products are not removed relatively quickly.
To make the surface water- and dirt repellent, we recommend the use of a care product for stainless steel. This will make the daily cleaning with a damp, lint-free cloth much easier.

Grease stains: Use alcohol or glass cleaner to remove grease stains. Then follow the care instructions above.

Lime stains and discolouration: Lime stains on stainless steel may be removed with warm, soapy water, a soft sponge and a lot of elbow grease. It is important only to use a soft sponge to avoid damaging the brushed structure of the steel surface.

Stubborn stains and rust: Stubborn stains and rust may be removed by careful cleaning with a light abrasive cleaner suitable for stainless steel. Cleaning should follow the structure of the polished steel surface. Please note that this process may alter the original polishing of the surface.

If above instructions are followed, your stainless steel surface will remain beautiful for many years. Remember not to use chlorine/abrasive cleaners which may damage the surface.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS FOR RUBBER PARTS
Rubber parts and -surfaces should be cleaned with a damp cloth. Silicone spray may be applied for a nice finish.
