Customer satisfaction is very important to us. Therefore Vipp allows two weeks for the return of any product, based on the date the item was received by the customer.
To return a product
1. Contact Vipp via email at firstname.lastname@example.org stating your date of purchase and order number.
2. Please ensure that your return is being sent to us with a traceable carrier, and retain the tracking number for your records. Vipp is not responsible for any items that were lost or damaged in transit.
3. All products must be returned in original packaging.

Do I have to pay for shipping on returned items?
Yes, if you return an item, we will credit you for the cost of the product and related taxes you paid. We do not cover the cost of shipping, unless we made an error by sending you an incorrect product or if a product is defective.
Product warranty information
Thank you for purchasing an original Vipp product. If your product is not working properly, or you have questions, we will be happy to help you directly with any product questions or warranty issues. Begin this process by sending an e-mail to email@example.com describing the problem. If possible, attach a photo of the problem and a scan of your receipt of purchase.
Vipp pedal bins: 10-year warranty. All other Vipp products: 2-year warranty. The extended 10-year warranty on Vipp bins is valid for products purchased in 2008 or later. The warranty presupposes rightful use as described in Vipp's care instructions, with reservations for normal wear and tear. Please see Vipp's care instructions listed under each product at www.vipp.com.
What if my order is defective?
It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect products upon receipt. Vipp must be notified of any defects or damages within 5 business days. Damaged or defective items can be reported to us by sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
