Contract Sales Manager at Vipp USA LLC

Vipp USA LLC is looking for an experienced Contract Sales Manager to head contract sales in the New York City area. Our ideal candidate is extremeley result-oriented and ready to work hard to realize the huge potential of our brand. We are looking to fill the position as soon as possible.

About the position

You will be part of a small Vipp team located in TriBeCa, New York, and you will be working closely with the current team to start up, further develop, and maintain Vipp's relations within the architect and design industry. 

 

About you

  • You have minimum 5 years' experience as sales executive or key account manager.

  • You have an established client base with strong relations to senior decision makers within the architect and design industry.

  • You can do cold calls, research, and source potential business, follow up on sales enquiries and close sales both on the phone and face-to-face.

  • You are independent and can make the right decision within company policy.

  • You have experience in conducting one-on-one and group sales presentations at all levels.

  • Your negotiation and closing skills are strong and you have a focus on value creation.

  • You easily blend in with all levels of the customer's organization, and you are good at establishing and fostering beneficial partnerships.

  • You have a U.S. Work Permit (EAD).

Administration and Accounting Coordinator at Vipp USA LLC

Vipp USA LLC is looking for a part-time employee for our small team in New York to assist with administration and accounting. Our ideal candidate is dedicated and result-oriented, and excited to be part of Vipp's growth in North America. 

The position is 3-4 days per week and is to be filled as soon as possible.

 

About the position

The key of the position is flexibility. Today, our team is made up of two people taking care of everything from recruiting new clients and approaching the media to handling our warehouse management, accounting and scheduling kitchen installations.

Moving forward, we are looking for a new member of our team to manage our administration and accounting, mainly focused on the following responsibilities: 

 

Responsibilities

  • Scheduling and managing communications between kitchen clients, internal departments and external vendors and subcontractors.

  • Keeping kitchen projects on-time and on-task.

  • Managing accounts, billable and payable.

  • Managing incoming and outgoing products at our warehouse in New Jersey.

  • Handling accounting in Microsoft Dynamics NAV.

  • Answering customer questions regarding catalogues, products, samples etc.

 

Your qualifications

  • You are deadline and detail oriented.

  • You can organize and prioritize multiple projects and assignments at once.

  • You have a strong work ethic with a high degree of flexibility.

  • You are enthusiastic and professional and have a service-minded approach.

  • You are self-motivated and proactive and you demonstrate creativity and the ability to think critically.

  • You have experience with Microsoft Dynamics.

  • You have a driver's license.

  • You have a U.S. Work Permit (EAD).
