Weekend in the wild
The Vipp Shelter
Kasper Egelund, CEO and 3rd generation Vipp owner, dreamt of the perfect escape while living in Manhattan. He imagined a nature retreat designed down to the last detail, with all the necessities and nothing more. An escape from urban chaos, where you can recharge your batteries and enjoy a weekend with the family. This is the result and it's called ‘the Vipp shelter’.

A weekend in the wild
Each piece of interior and its dominant dark tones are carefully selected to keep focus on nature. The sliding window frames accentuate the sensation of living in nature by blurring the distinction between indoor and outdoor space.
Sleeping under the stars
Enjoy the sky light under the comfort of a duvet in the mezzanine sleeping area.
Everything you see is Vipp; from the table to the toilet brush, from the kitchen to the cups. A simple steel grid structurally supports the two level space, where only the bathroom and bed loft is shielded from the main living space.
